Dr. Jennifer Walden’s Excellence in Her Medical Dream Career

Dr. Jennifer Walden is one of the leading certified women plastic surgeons in the America based in Austin. Other than being a Plastic Surgeon is also an academic, a media commentator. Dr. Walden has been featured by the Harper’s Bazaar magazine among the top 24 beauty surgeons in the US. She acquired her training with the leading surgeons of cosmetic in the entire New York City and specifically in Manhattan. She has broken records as the first woman to have been a member of the Americans Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS)’s board of directors and where she is currently serving. Born in Austin, Dr. Jennifer Walden was raised in the Northwest Hills neighborhood. Having come from a family with a medical background where her mother was a surgical nurse and her father a dentist and a family that had a strong value for education, she gained an unbreakable passion to the Surgery career.

 

Dr. Walden went through the University of Texas for higher education at the medical school. Upon her graduation, Dr. Walden was the leading student, and this gave her minimum competition to her dream career, Plastic Surgery at UT Galveston. She stayed at the Manhattan for eight years after which she started practicing under her mentor Sherrell Aston who had an experience of over 30 years.

 

Dr. Walden founded her surgery center known as the Westlake Medical Center from where she does almost all her surgeries. She is achievement oriented who believes that she is a doer and the woman to keep things moving. Dr. Walden is a great inspiration and mentor to many women in the business and medicine field from her confidence and determination. Dr. Walden is also a mother of two sons
